About the role
The goal of the Presentation Team is crafting visually appealing and brand-consistent presentations, tailoring content to the target audience, integrating multimedia elements for impact, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, incorporating feedback, and staying abreast of presentation design trends and technologies, the team also enhances the agency's ability to win clients, projects, and partnerships through impactful and engaging pitch presentations.
The Senior Presentation Designer will elevate dynamic content of presentations in PowerPoint and other presentation media through robust graphic design practices. They will design presentations that strengthen plan/brand awareness in all agency projects and pitch materials. They will ensure that presentation work across accounts meets the company’s quality standards. In this position, you will be required to have a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to multi-task.
The Shared Solutions team works collaboratively to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective delivery of specialist skills to the wider organization, to enhance the overall offering to clients.
What you'll doAttend weekly status, kick-off, and any other team meetings requiring Presentation Designer perspective and input as needed Provide support on new business initiatives as needed Check artwork and layout for completeness and adherence to agency standards Keep supervisor advised of status and changes to projects Organize and prioritize workload to meet several deadlines at the same time Stay hyper focused and organized in a fast paced, high-traffic, creative working surrounding Coordinate the day-to-day organization of multiple projects within the Presentation team Support the allocation of work amongst your assigned team members and support delivery work as needed Apply dynamic design to PowerPoint presentation files and templates Demonstrate positive problem-solving skills Optional line management and team leadership responsibilities About youDegree in Graphic Design (or a similar field) with at least a 2:1 level achieved (or equivalent). 3+ years of experience in a graphic design focused role (with at least 1 year specialising in presentation design).
