Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Quality Assurance Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The QA & Testing Associate Analyst will be responsible for data validation testing for our external partner platforms.
  • Contributes to the Q&A job family in a support capacity.
  • Under direct supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
  • Assists in the testing of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
  • Performs scripted, routine, and standardized testing procedures.
  • Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
  • Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
  • Reviewing Medicare plan benefits and rate testing to support accuracy of our Medicare product lines within multiple quote and enrollment platforms.
  •  Track/Log test cases to report defects for resolution. 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Medicare experience a plus
  • System Navigation/CRM tools experience a plus
  • Jira experience a plus
