**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Duties:** – Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat – Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions – Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times – Upsell products or services to customers when applicable – Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently **Experience:** – Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred – Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in English and Spanish – Strong data entry skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and develop valuable customer service skills.
