Job Summary

As a Sr Product Manager on our Patient Experience team, you will own the product vision and roadmap across one of our key product suites. We seek an experienced product manager with strong expertise in both user experience and growth. You have deep empathy for customers and excel in complex systems thinking to create a seamless customer experience. You’re a strategic thinker who still excels at detailed execution. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, support and the rest of our product team.

What You Will Do

  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to solve complex problems for our customers through comprehensive customer research and interviews
  • Create strategies and roadmaps based on data to inform the product and platform investments we need to make to take our products to the next level
  • Prioritize, influence dependencies, and ship experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers
  • Partner with various functions across the whole company to bring products to life – engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support, and more
  • Communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Share knowledge and mentor others

Qualifications

Must Haves
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering world-class B2B software products in a product management role
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch software product offerings designed to create a great customer experience and drive meaningful result
  • Deeply curious and data-driven with the ability to develop and defend strong points-of-view with data, analytics, external benchmarking, and the voice of the customer
  • Customer obsessed mindset: you’re constantly thinking about how to solve customer pain points and enjoy engaging with users to validate we are building what they need
  • Capable of breaking down the larger product vision into bite-size milestones with a lean-experiment-oriented perspective
  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization, effectively working across business units to deliver on complex projects
  • Effective in communicating progress to executives and senior leadership in terms of outcomes achieved and impact delivered
  • Self-aware with a desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Bonus: Experience in customer relationship management, healthcare practice management, patient journey management and/or e-commerce

The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $155,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for up to a 10% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
