Additionally, they have a growing B2C retail presence through hardware stores, with an exciting new consumer product launching soon.

In this exciting role, you’ll develop innovative paid and organic social strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and fuel revenue growth. Job Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies aligned with business objectives
● Plan, create, and optimize high-performing social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
● Collaborate closely with content and design teams to produce compelling, on-brand social media assets that resonate with target audiences
● Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize tactics and maximize return on investment (ROI)
● Stay up-to-date with emerging social media marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies
● Effectively manage social media advertising budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
Requirements:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments
● Demonstrated success in running high-impact paid social campaigns that drive measurable results
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
● Excellent written and visual communication skills to create engaging content
● Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Proficiency in social media management and advertising tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager)
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
