Strategic Information Group is the premier supplier of QAD software and related consulting services in North America and Europe. Candidates will join an outstanding organization and deliver technical Automation Solutions (AS) and Label Printing Solutions (LPS) to our QAD ERP Customers. 
 
 We are seeking an experienced AS/LPS Data Collection Techno-Functional Consultant.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency with being able to understand customer requirements, estimate, build solution and support and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Qualifications found in the ideal candidate will include:  

• QAD AS/LPS developer experience including modifying or creating AS bar code transactions and labels.  
• QAD Functional knowledge with the Purchasing, Inventory Control, Manufacturing and Shipping modules. 
• Deliver AS/LPS development consulting within the budget while ensuring quality deliverables and customer satisfaction. 
• Deliver technical support to clients, utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Manage helpSERV support tickets that are assigned to you, which includes timely follow up and resolution of issues, updating status and time consumed as necessary.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and delivering billable technical consulting services
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Report any escalating unresolved client issues that you become aware of to appropriate departments and senior management.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management and size of group.

This is a full-time employment position. Candidates should be eligible to work and live in one of the following countries: US, Canada, Ireland, UK and India, Limited travel may be required.
