Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Senior Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Sales & Service professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This role demands strong techno-functional expertise with significant experience in solution architecture, sound and ideally extensive Fusion Sales & Service application knowledge as well as project management aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Sales & Service implementations.
- Serve as a solution architect, providing strategic direction and functional and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Configure and integrate Oracle solutions to meet specific business needs – advising clients on limited customizations, generally advising against extensive customizations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Oracle Fusion Sales & Service and at least 2-4 full project lifecycles.
Preferred Experience:
- Government, defense, aviation, heavy manufacturing industries.
- Oracle Fusion Sales (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud) Fusion Service (aka B2B Service) and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Oracle Subscription Management, CPQ, Oracle Commerce Cloud and Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud implementations a plus
- Groovy scripting is a huge plus and often required for implementations as well as experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience with non-Oracle service applications will be considered (e.g., Salesforce.com Service Cloud, MS Dynamics Service and Field Service, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to listen to and understand client needs, articulate solutions clearly, and secure client sign-off.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Travel: up to 50% in Baltimore, Washington DC area. Other nearby metro areas will be considered (Philadelphia, PA, and Southern Virginia)

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $120,000 to $140,000.
In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
