POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Mastery Concierge (MC) team is the key to our high volume client fulfillment within our organization and is dedicated to serving and supporting our clients along their journey of transformation and breakthrough.

In the MC position, you will utilize a SOLUTIONS ORIENTED approach for directly impacting thousands of lives around the world. In this role, you will connect with a high volume of clients via zoom, phone, and email, and will support clients worldwide that have begun their life changing breakthrough journey with the full suite of Tony Robbins events and offerings.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The person best fit for this role is anchored to the mission of supporting the Tony Robbins client while guiding them to have massive breakthroughs and cultivating raving fans. Top candidates will have some existing knowledge of all Tony Robbins programs and events, and will be willing to learn through additional coaching.

  • Directly support a high volume of clients to ensure they are taking full advantage of Tony Robbins programs including webinars, coaching, attending In-Person and Virtual events, etc.
  • Maintain a heart-centered approach in communicating with clients to ensure the best possible outcome is met
  • Handle client requests from multiple avenues such as live chat, phone calls, zoom, and emails
  • Lead with client-centric empathy, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that client receive the highest touch service possible
  • Possess excellent engagement skills including building rapport, connection, energy and excitement
  • Support clients with a white-glove service approach, ensuring that all clients are fully supported through the entire process

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

This position is designed for people who are collaborative, flexible, nimble and great under pressure. In this role you will be guiding individuals, friends, and families to ultimate breakthroughs as they experience the transformational strategies of Tony Robbins.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3+ years proven client experience, preferably in sales-oriented roles.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard operating hours along with the ability to work overtime as needed to support events
  • Exceptional customer service and client experience skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems as required (experience with Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outreach is a strong plus).
  • Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

  • $20/hour + commission-based incentives for a $50-60k/year earning range
