This is a remote position.

Role Name: Marketing Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 20 hours a week
  • Monday 9am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid break ( 7hrs ) 
  • Tuesday 10am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid break (6hrs ) 
  • Wednesday 9am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid break (7hrs)

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne)

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Assistant and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge underwear brand, Gallantly. In this multifaceted role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to various marketing initiatives, from conducting market research and creating captivating content to exploring influencer collaborations and staying ahead of social media trends. Your versatility and creativity will be instrumental in building a strong connection with our audience and propelling the brand’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to gain insights into target customers

  • Create written and visual content aligned with brand guidelines and social media trends

  • Assist with social media management, including content creation, hashtag research, and community engagement

  • Research and identify influencer and brand collaboration opportunities

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and project coordination

  • Contribute creative ideas and strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Scope

  • Assist with content creation across various channels (website, social media, email)

  • Support market research and customer insights initiatives

  • Explore and coordinate influencer and brand collaboration opportunities

  • Provide administrative and project management support as needed
