SUMMARY: The Integration Developer role is to set up, develop, maintain, and support EDI documents, and workflows connecting with customers, supplier, and financial institutions, and transportation management systems. This role will also expand into other API integration projects (such as B2B Storefronts and other customer facing applications)
Integration Developer Responsibilities

- Perform system configuration, mapping and management of EDI based transactions and processes.
- Develop and maintain integration process documentation.
- Support integrations and improve/automate existing integrations.
- Creates and communicates integration development goals and strategies.
- Develops network architectures, asynchronous/synchronous messaging architectures, and rule-based systems.
- Coordinate operations with other developers to guarantee on-time completion of integration projects.
- Develops strategies and designs for system integrations.
- Ensure that the organization adheres to best practices in integration procedures.
- Checks and rectifies data configuration & overlapping conflicts.
- Keeps the corporation's integration architecture's integrity and seamless operation.
- Analyze and improve existing system integration as well as migration techniques.
- Detects, debugging, and counseling on system flaws or architectural problems.
- Helps in the administration of organizational databases or retrieval systems
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the work environment, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or preferred.
Knowledge And Experience
• At least 3 years of EDI mapping and integration development experience, working in an EDI production support environment.
• Working knowledge of CData or similar integration platforms/tools (WebMethods, Workato, BizTalk etc.) with willingness to learn CData.
• Exceptional proficiency in EDI ANSI X 12 standards.
• Proficiency in AS2, FTP, SMTP, TCP/IP, VANs, cXML and WebServices
• Strong fundamental understanding of core manufacturing, logistics, Supply Chain, and shipping EDI transaction sets (204, 210, 215, 824, 940 990, 810, 850, 875, 865, 855, 860, 810, 880, 812,)
• XML, Web Services, SQL knowledge and experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Able to learn new concepts and skills quickly.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
