Director of Digital Services

Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Digital Services to lead our federal digital service portfolio and ensure the successful implementation of our technology projects. 

The perfect candidate is not only highly qualified for the role but is also enthusiastic about growing alongside our company. 

Location: 

• DC metro area strongly preferred. Work is mostly remote with travel to client site as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Vaultes does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities: 

This role has a wide range of responsibilities including managing delivery, contributing to business development opportunities, and supporting contract management. 

• Develop and implement digital services strategy in alignment with organizational and customer goals and objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continued improvement. 
• Infuse a strong product mindset throughout the organization- prioritizing user needs and business goals, driving the development of innovative solutions that deliver exceptional value and user experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other forums to promote collaboration and share best practices in project management and delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise and insights during the proposal development process.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies and prioritize investment areas.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, case studies, and thought leadership content highlighting the organization's track record and expertise in federal project delivery.

Qualifications: 

• A Bachelor's degree in an IT or Business related field
• 8-10 Years of relevant experience managing federal contracts
• Proven experience managing IT development projects using agile methodologies
• Experience implementing web content management systems such as Drupal
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent project management skills

This is a Full-Time, W2 position. 

Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.
