Job Description for Appointment Setter / Call Center Agent
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and appointment setting
- Receive inbound calls from prospective clients and screen their needs
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads
- Update client records and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Follow established scripts and processes for consistent and professional interactions
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Sales experience/appointment setting required
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment (preferred)
