• Resident communications: main point of contact from start to finish
• All aspects of showing, leasing, renewing and move outs of the properties in your portfolio
• Maintaining a 95% occupancy and collections rate
• General supervision of all single-family assets
• Delegating tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager

What you get:

• Base Salary - $60,000 - $70,000/year depending on skills and experience
• 15% Annual Performance-Based Bonus paid out monthly based on KPIs
• $6,000 Yearly Stipend for Expenses
• Total Earning Potential: $75,000 - $86,500

What you bring:

• Kansas/Missouri Real Estate License
• 5+ years of property management experience
• Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High-functioning multi-tasking
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Systems-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check

• Bilingual – proficiency in Spanish
• Experience with Appfolio
• Prior Sales Experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
