Your missions

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets through channels like email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our platform and services
  • Update content and data within our web application, such as event calendars and training program details
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of internal meetings or events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s operational needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support or similar role is required for this position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with patience and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with common computer applications and web platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic technical skills to navigate internal systems and applications

Scope

  • Part-time role, 30 hours per week or 6 hours per day
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm Lane Cove, NSW Australia
