Accounting Supervisor (Code: VIKBAS)

About the Client: 

We are looking for a superstar Accounting Supervisor to manage the accounting for the Au Family Office and start-up Redmint (a health and beauty company providing holistic wellness services supported by skincare and herbal remedy products).

Family Office

• Manage personal investments across a wide portfolio of general partner funds, co-investment vehicles, and outside investment vehicles.
  
• Prepare regular analyses and reports including performance reporting.
  
• Manage cash flows and liquidity and prepare weekly cash forecasts.
  
• Prepare monthly to quarterly personal financial statements for the Family Office.
  
• Work with tax preparers to compile documentation for tax reporting and process tax payments.
  
• Bi-weekly financial review meetings with the Chief Accounting Officer.
  
• Review and prepare ad hoc analysis.
  
• Other duties and tasks as needed.
  

• Supervise Senior Accountants in their day-to-day operations, including reviewing book entries, accounts payable and receivable, and other daily tasks performed by Senior Accountants.
  
• Prepare budgeting and variance analysis.
  
• Manage cash flows and liquidity and prepare weekly cash forecasts.
  
• Prepare regular analyses and reports including performance reporting.
  
• Monthly financial review meetings with RedMint CEO.
  
• Other duties and tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
  
• Must have US Accounting experience (US GAAP)
  
• Experience with Quickbooks a plus
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  
• CPA, real estate, and health/wellness industry experience a plus
  
• BA in Accounting, or equivalent work experience
  
• Experience managing other associates preferred
  
• Amenable to work for a night shift schedule: 11 PM - 8 AM Manila (8 AM - 5 PM PST)
