What You Will Do  
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for the region of Hauts de France. In this home-based role, you’ll be responsible for on-site and remote installation and maintenance operations for equipment marketed by Elekta SAS (Radiotherapy, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery). Occasionally, you may need to support customers outside of France with the use of Intellimax. You’ll report to the Regional Service Manager for Region North. 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction within your region from installation, planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, to the correction of original defects (FCO). 

  • Inform and update the Regional Service Manager and/or other departments in head office on the start and end of interventions to ensure compliance as well as identifying new business opportunities. 

  • Handle inventories with spare parts and ensure the return of unused or defective parts. 

  • Prepare intervention/installation reports and have them signed by a customer representative. 

  • Report and declare any "Case" when there is a risk of defect or incident. 

  • Maintain all tools provided by the company such as car, telephone, laptop, and maintenance equipment.

  • Five years or more of experience in field service engineering or equivalent areas. 

  • Previous experience in the medical industry with a complex product. 

  • Higher education in electronics, electrical engineering, or physical measurements. 

  • Proficient in French and English, both written and verbal.
