PMO Analyst

Our Institutional Retirement division provides pension risk transfer (PRT) solutions for UK and US defined benefit (DB) schemes, and reinsurance solutions from our global hub in Bermuda. We work with companies, DB pension schemes and their advisors to help them secure and protect scheme members’ retirement benefits.

Joining us means you’ll support customers’ financial security in retirement; help companies to settle their pension liabilities and focus on growing their businesses; and enable investment for the long term to back our pension promises.

Due to the increased demand of transformational work happening across Institutional Retirement, we’re recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join us. This role will sit within the Risk & Technology portfolio of Institutional Retirement with a wide spread of stakeholders with accountability of effective reporting and review artefacts are produced, tracked and managed  

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting analysis to enable reporting and forecasting across the Transformation function and provide observations and recommendations on insights from the inspection of the metrics and associated reports.
• Assisting in planning and preparation of internal and external reporting requirements for weekly, monthly and quarterly governance meetings.
• Supporting Project/Programme Managers via reviews of data (cost, value, financial benefits, RAID).
• Managing and maintaining the repositories and intranet areas where Portfolio information and data is stored and provide regular communications on updates and useful information across the function. 
• Ensuring that the basics of Conduct Risk are embedded into your day to day operations.

Who we're looking for:

• PMO Analysis experience with track record of effective execution and experience of shaping and analysing opportunities to derive conclusions enabling decisions against Portfolio plans across complex geographical / functional matrix organizations. 
• Experience of analysing opportunities to support portfolio plans for delivery of large, complex, change and technology initiatives and proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas
• Technology appreciation and awareness
• Track record of building effective relationships to enable execution of analysis tasks and delivery plans
