Legal Expert

So, what are the main duties of a Legal Expert in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As Legal expert in the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) of the European Commission you will be involved in tasks like: 

• provide consultation for matters relevant to your field of expertise
• review documents and provide proposals 
• participate in webinars upon request
• apply relevant knowledge to various cases especially related to collective redress and suggest legal solutions

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors degree in law or similar field
• At least 7 years of experience in a relevant legal position - Masters degree or certificates will be considered an asset
• Experience in collective redress (relevant publications, academic experience, participation in specific collective redress litigation or in EU funded programs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Solid ability to work individually as well as in a team, also presenting project management skills
• Results orientation and self-motivation
