What you’ll achieve

As a Functional Analyst, a function under the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution, you will be responsible for managing interactions with internal and external stake holders to document business and systems functional requirements related to the delivery of products and services through client relationship coordination, support, and delivery of well-defined project documentation, workflows, and presentations.

You will:

  • Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions.
  • Efficiently and effectively tracking invoicing and payment processes and payer authorization requirements, etc.
  • Ensuring system and or workflow updates based on payer updates related to authorizations for billing-related services.
  • Partnering with management team members in logistics, specimen handling area, customer services, sales, and laboratory departments daily to troubleshoot and resolve specimen issues.
  • Identifying and articulating business partner needs to appropriate leadership to ensure core business expectations and met.
  • Monitoring all KPI reports for specialty support including but not limited to prior authorization and appeal efforts to ensure defined team and department goals are being met.
  • Compiling, delivering, and communicating statistics for incidents, events, or updates that impact the business.
  • Actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, process design/re-design root cause analysis, metric/report development for prior authorization and specialty support services projects.
  • Support release and project during the go live activities and also after go live.
  • Internal Knowledge Transfer.

Essential Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
  • Degree in Management Engineering or Economic.
  • Experience in the health sector.
  • Knowledge of the administrative/financial area in the clinical-healthcare field.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Reimbursement.
  • SQL skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Other languages will be positively evaluated.
