Your missions

If you find it interesting to:

  • Drive customer’s loyalty and value by engaging with customers at the right time via the right channel.
  • Create customer lifecycle approach for different customer’s segments
  • Propose, create and track direct CRM campaigns and customer’s journeys in marketing automation campaigning tool
  • Drive and implement experimental campaigns and initiatives related to better usage of data we have
  • Create reports and analyse campaigns, business cases and KPIs
  • Constantly challenge results and work on improvement campaigns’ success and related processes
  • Cooperate with our partners and vendors
  • Use customer and market insights, data and analytics in order to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work with different stakeholders involved in customer journey process and in campaign planning and execution process

If you have:

  • University degree in Organizational sciences or Business/Economics with strong IT understanding, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering 
  • Preferably 2 years of experience as CRM Expert, Product Manager, Marketing Analyst, or similar position
  • Experience with direct campaigning tools such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Fluency in English; written and spoken
  • Knowledge of telco industry and its processes would be advantage
