HRBP - US Remote

Take your next career step at 8x8.  We are at a pivotal point in our growth journey and need a rock-star HRBP to support our business leaders in North America. You will be part of a high performing global HR Team, reporting into the HRBP, Country Leader (NA & EMEA)  where you will provide expert support and guidance to our US leaders to drive a high performance culture. In this role you will be a trusted advisor and partner to the business leaders and will give you great access to be able to make a real impact here at 8x8.

Responsibilities:

  •  Primary lead for coaching and developing managers across North America. 

  • Acts as the lead for North American employee relations ensuring resolution and effective management of all ER matters. 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the HR Team  to drive the execution of a wide spectrum of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Specifically, partners with global teams to identify, develop, and deliver DIEB initiatives for North America 

  • Identifies and delivers insights to the wider HRBP Team in areas such as  local employee relations data, engagement and attrition trends for North America.

  • Drives HR best practices and consistent processes and standards particularly across all areas employee relations and performance management.

  • Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of those processes.

  • Collaborates with the other Centers of Expertise (e.g Talent, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations) when needed to ensure business needs are met. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years in HRBP / Employee Relations HR role. We need someone who thrives in a fast-growth, ever-changing environment and who can pivot and adjust as needed.  

  • Experience with HR  practices and disciplines including performance management, talent strategies and employee relations, 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships, establish trust, and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive, and timely manner

  • Highly effective consulting and coaching skills and principles to advise, influence, and partner at all leadership levels in the business. 

  • Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, work independently, and deliver on commitments

  • Results and action-oriented 

  • Flexibility and the ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment is a must

  •  Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Strong project management skills

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$92,625.00 - $154,375.00
