Job Description

 

  • Have a good understanding & analysis of competitor’s in the market then submit the suggestion to management team in order to manage & adjust sales & marketing strategy within whole of market to achieve maximum results.
  • Cooperate with Design Institute, Architect or Project Management Co etc for Project Tender and participate in market expansion.
  • Build key customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure promotion of and selling of our products and services of assigned product line.
  • Achieve Sales Targets and Budgets as defined by company.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics coders.
  • Be responsible for negotiation with customers on business terms in the best interest of the company and organize the technical discussion with customers together with ED dept. if necessary.
  • Keep tracking of the contract delivery status and provide active support.
  • Ensure after sales service, support, and keep close relation with customer.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Over 5 years related experience in charge of sales in related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Competence to negotiate
  • Winning personality with power of persuasion
  • High flexibility
  • Goal oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Familiar with computer/office skills
  • Rich experience and technical background of sales
