Your missions

A Recruitment Coordinator/HR Help line will assist with candidate screening calls and administrative tasks, including reposting jobs on our ATS, responding to candidate questions/messages, and other administrative tasks. Works closely with medical professionals or health insurance companies to ensure that the best interests of the healthcare provider, patient, and medical establishment are met.

TASKS:

  • Taking in phone calls, answering general questions, transferring to correct departments, and answering payroll concerns
  • Tracking, notating and updating the system for downtime if there are not many calls
  • Updating the systems, uploading files, and sometimes drafting contracts for new hires
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to and from employees and staff

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrates excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality,
    organization, and computer competences
  • Must have excellent English communication and written skills
  • Able to work with different web-based tools
  • Has a very stable internet connection
  • Experiences in sourcing, recruitment, human resources, and admin tasks are a big plus
  • Easily trained with minimal supervision
  • Must have 1-2 years of healthcare experience
  • Must have a working USB type headset (wireless and mobile phone headsets are not allowed)

  • Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
  • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Monterey
  • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
  • Camera: Capable of a clear and crisp video output

BACK-UP

  • Computer Processor: Intel Core i3-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 3 with 8 Cores or higher (2015 or later)
  • Computer Memory/RAM: 4.00 GB
  • Computer Operating System: at least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Monterey
