LEAP - Global Business Process Manager - Source-to-Contract

Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Source-to-Contract tasked with contributing to the end-to-end design and development of procurement processes within the ERP system. This role involves a deep dive into the procurement lifecycle, from supplier sourcing and selection through to payment, ensuring processes are optimized, efficient, and fully integrated within the ERP to support operational excellence and strategic procurement objectives.

Your key missions

  • End-to-End Process Design: Contribute to the design of comprehensive S2P processes within the ERP system, focusing on enhancing procurement efficiency from initial supplier engagement to final payment.
  • ERP Integration and Development: Work closely with Tech and ERP specialists to ensure the S2P processes are effectively developed and integrated within the ERP system, emphasizing automation, user-friendliness, and data accuracy. Ensure the right satellite applications are well integrated to ensure an efficient end-to-end process
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Assist in developing ERP functionalities for managing supplier relationships, including performance metrics, contract management, and collaborative planning and forecasting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure designed S2P processes comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards, incorporating risk management strategies to mitigate procurement-related risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, legal, supply chain, and other relevant departments to align the S2P processes with broader business strategies and ensure seamless operation across the ERP system.
  • Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing: Contribute to integrating sustainability and ethical sourcing criteria into the procurement process design, aligning with Pernod Ricard’s commitment to corporate responsibility.

  • You hold a Master's degree at engineering or business school with a major in procurement.

  • You have 7 years' professional experience, especially in FMCG.

  • Mandatory technical skills: End-to-end procurement process management; Knowledge of procurement improvement and standardization of principles and approaches.

  • SAP Savvy is a nice to have, especially SAP S4 HANA.

  • You are fluent in English. French or Spanish would be a plus.
