Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager – Production Planning who will be responsible for architecting the future state of production planning processes within the ERP system. This role focuses on designing, leading the development of these processes, and mapping out all necessary system interactions and integrations. The aim is to ensure that the ERP-supported production planning framework is robust, scalable, and aligned with both production capabilities and market demands, facilitating seamless operations across Pernod Ricard's global brand portfolio.

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

• Process Design: Spearhead the design of production planning processes within the ERP system, ensuring they incorporate industry best practices and Pernod Ricard’s operational standards and seamless integration with planning satellites outside of LEAP.
• ERP Development Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of the designed production planning processes in the ERP, collaborating with Tech and ERP specialists to ensure accurate functionality and integration.
• System Interaction Mapping: Identify and map out all necessary interactions and integrations between the ERP's production planning processes and other systems, ensuring a cohesive technological ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing to gather requirements and ensure the designed processes meet cross-functional needs.
• Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability Consideration: Ensure the production planning process design complies and supports Pernod Ricard’s sustainability goals, particularly in resource utilization and environmental impact reduction.

• Master's degree in engineering or business school
• Required 5/7 years of experience.
• Experience in consumer goods industry.
• Extensive experience in Production Planning.
• SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
• English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
