Your missions

Nas Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent to lead our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing our recruitment strategies while fostering a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
 
What this job involves:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all levels within the organization, with a focus on senior leadership roles.
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.
  • Lead the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
