Location: Mexico City, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Santiago

Following our global success with Nas.io, we are looking for our first Sales Development Representative in Latin America, to hunt, sell to and onboard content creators to generate revenue on Nas.io. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across various segments, contributing significantly to our business growth and market presence.
 
This person is a focused, hands on and execution driven sales associate with a proven track record in achieving individual targets. The person should possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills, willing to be hands on and execute across the board.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and research
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and segmentations

Client Engagement and Prospecting:

  • Prospect new clients using diverse social media channels and initiate first contact to qualify leads
  • Personalize outreach efforts to resonate potential clients' needs and interests
  • Answer inquiries and provide commercial information about Nas.io

Managing and Tracking:

  • Update, register, and manage all client interactions and activities in our CRM system
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress

Building a Network

  • Participate in relevant industry events and conferences
  • Build and expend your network within the industry to drive business opportunities.

Generating Insights

  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and strategies
  • Generate insightful reports on activities and promote initiatives to improve sales operation performance

 


Requirements:

The main requirement of this role is someone who is driven to successfully hit and exceed targets!

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent sales role
  • Fluent in Spanish with advanced conversational English
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced start up sales environment
  • Highly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successfully gain client buy-in
  • Quick thinker who enjoys the challenge of building from scratch, highly, driven to successfully hit and exceed targets
  • Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Past experience using CRM tools, and comfortable in Excel for numbers
