Your missions

What is the Role About?  

As a Paid Marketing Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our marketing efforts by launching and scaling new advertising channels. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Channel Development: Assessing and diversifying into additional online and offline channels (e.g. Display, Direct-Partnerships, Print Marketing, Podcasts, Face-to-Face Promotions), Managing all key steps, including channel attractiveness assessment, agency and partner selection, onboarding, campaign development, asset improvement, success measurement and channel excellence. 
  • Native Advertising & More: Screening and onboarding native advertising agencies, Co-creating, testing, and optimizing native ads and their concepts, Testing distribution platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain and broadening our channel mix with positive ROIs.
What Will You Need to Be Successful?
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years in Growth Marketing: Proven track record in driving growth through multi-channel marketing.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing & Paid Growth: A deep enthusiasm for exploring and implementing new marketing channels and their characteristics.
  • Hands-on Approach: A proactive attitude with the willingness to get involved in the nitty-gritty details of campaign execution and optimization (e.g A/B Testing, CRO).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to use data to guide decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Expertise in selecting and managing relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams across the organization.
