Field Service Technician (m/f/d)


What are your tasks?

  • In this autonomous role, you will provide the highest level of service and customer support during field visits, as well as manage all on-site reparation, maintenance and operation tasks of Optima’s pharmaceutical customers in Italy, with occasional travel across Europe and worldwide as required.

  • You will maintain and accurately diagnose errors or technical problems, including troubleshooting, and repair the full range of pharmaceutical equipment by determining proper solutions, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • In accordance with the latest engineering advancements, you will perform modifications to machinery by repairing or upgrading customers’ equipment.

  • In close collaboration with the technical team in Germany, and adhering to the overall global standards, you will produce and document timely and detailed reports of all performed tasks (service reports, change control reports etc.), as well as transfer your knowledge across the organization.

  • As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for training the customers’ personnel in both the mechanical and electrical aspects of the machinery.
