Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to work directly with clients in the Legal arena, understand their goals, and demonstrating how our SaaS solutions can meet their needs. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting quotas, achieving sales targets, and exceeding client expectations. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

What your contributions will be:

  • Schedule virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Educate potential customers on products and their benefits to their organization.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to manage leads effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes consistently.
  • Utilize a structured contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads.
  • Follow our pipeline management process, detailing all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
