Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in using ServiceNow
  • Experience in ITSM, CSM, scripting, Notifications, and Workflows, as well as ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB), Orchestration, and Custom App Development
  • Proven track record in efficient task delivery and precise task status reporting
  • Active and process-compliant contributor with autonomous task execution and adept risk management skills
  • Familiarity with Process Automation, GRC, PPM, and ServiceNow architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities in ServiceNow, including client interaction
