Procurement Domain Experience in Source to Contract and Order to Receipt
Core Remit
  • Support the governance of template solutions and bring design changes through the relevant design authority or forum.
  • Support the preparation, structure, and delivery of presentation materials for template familiarisation, template fit-gap, solution design, user training and team knowledge sharing.
  • Support/lead template fit gap and user training sessions
  • For approved demand, understand business requirements and complex business processes and scenarios and translate / break these down into a simplified set of requirements for which solutions can be investigated.
  • Propose design for global standard solutions to meet business needs.
  • Explain concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare or provide input to functional specifications for solution design.
The Solution Analyst for Fieldglass CW & Statement of Work plays a critical role in optimizing the utilization of the Fieldglass CW system and effectively managing Statement of Work engagements. This position is essential in ensuring smooth operations and strategic use of external workforce management and Statement of Work execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure the Fieldglass CW system to support the organization's contingent workforce requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for Statement of Work engagements, including resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze and optimize the utilization of the Fieldglass CW system to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Provide support and training to end users on the functionality and best practices of the Fieldglass CW system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to Fieldglass CW and Statement of Work processes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and utilization of contingent workers and Statement of Work engagements.
  • Participate in vendor evaluation and selection processes for contingent workforce management solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the use of Statement of Work engagements and contingent workforce resources.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the Fieldglass CW system and Statement of Work processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, contingent workforce management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in the implementation and configuration of the Fieldglass CW system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize system utilization and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Statement of Work processes and best practices.
  • Experience in developing process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of best practices in contingent workforce management and Statement of Work execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
