Director HRBP Summary:

Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, we are looking for someone to join our growing HR organization and support our international employees and leaders. This role is highly strategic and global role, directly supporting clients in over thirty-three countries and working with a global team. The Director, HRBP will work across the HR leadership team in all areas including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HRBP’s to deliver strategic programs in a hybrid/remote work environment.

This is a remote role that will be based in London, United Kingdom and will be uniquely positioned to deliver solutions to Delinea’s workforce in EMEA and APAC.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the trusted advisor to defined client groups internationally, bringing a data centric approach to support decision making, clearly communicating complex ideas and being a storyteller.

  • Be a thought partner, sounding board and advisor on all things people and culture.

  • Develop a global workforce strategy that aligns to the business and Delinea’s long-range plan.

  • Act as a change agent as the business evolves and grows and lead large scale business function transformations.

  • Oversee complex employee relations cases and provide solid guidance on EMEA and APAC legal and regulatory trends.

  • Work across a talented HR team, rolling up your sleeves and diving into work that makes a difference.

  • Partner closely with client executives, managers and employees to understand business & organizational needs and objectives, develop strategies, and implement applicable solutions.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of assigned client group, monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee development, satisfaction, and attrition - and establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis.

  • Deliver seamless client support by partnering with HR and Legal corporate functions and Centers of Excellence (CoE) leveraging data, HR programs, policies, processes and systems.

  • Be an integral part of the V2MOM across people and equality metrics, driving success and visibility.

  • Plan, lead and manage cyclical programs, including talent review, promotion process, employee engagement and surveys, and compensation review across the organization, ensuring a global roll up. 

  • Be a crucial part of a growing, international HR team where you will contribute, communicate, and collaborate.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Business  or other related field and or supplemental education in the Human Resources field paired with a bachelor’s degree.

  • 10+ years of progressively increasing HRBP roles, preferably in technical global/multinational organizations, directly supporting executives.

  • Experience directly supporting VP + leaders in APAC and EMEA and working cross functionally across business units into AMER.

  • Experience influencing, informing and strategizing with managers and leaders from a variety of cultures, geolocations and business functions.

  • Deep employee relations experience and guidance of business leaders through complex investigations and recommendations for sensitive employee issues.

  • Experience leading transformation and aligning people strategy to the business’ long-range plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers, effectively communicating at all levels.

  • Implementation of employee engagement, retention and/or diversity initiatives that align to company and business unit strategy and objectives.

  • Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and international employment laws.

  • Curiosity, with a strong desire to collaborate and jump into cross functional projects.

  • Ability to operate at the strategic and tactile levels when needed, and across all COE functions. 

  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

  • Strong tenure within organizations that demonstrates a capacity to effectively build business relationships.

  • Been a part of a Tech IPO.

  • Have hired and developed a team of HRBP’s or Generalists.

  • Have worked in a different HR area of focus in the past (Recruiting, Compensation, etc.)
