Training Facilitator (English)

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering virtual training sessions that support the development of our employees. This role requires a dynamic and engaging individual who is proficient with virtual training platforms and has a passion for adult learning principles. The facilitator will ensure that all training sessions are inclusive, interactive, and accessible to all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Virtual Training Sessions:
• Conduct engaging and interactive virtual training sessions.
• Utilize various training tools and techniques to maintain participant engagement.
• Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and accessibility needs.
• Ensure all training content is delivered effectively and meets the learning objectives.
• Prepare for Training Sessions:
• Review and familiarize yourself with training materials and content before each session.
• Set up and test virtual training tools and technology to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with participants to ensure they have the necessary information and materials before the session.
• Support and Guide Participants:
• Provide support to participants before, during, and after training sessions.
• Address any questions or concerns related to training content or logistics.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous training experience, preferably in a remote environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools.
• Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
• With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
