SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist (Product) to own the analysis, development, and facilitation of internal product training. This includes close collaboration with the broader enablement team, sales, marketing, and product to evaluate and prioritize product training needs for the GTM organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Sales Enablement Specialist (Product) is a member of the Sales Enablement Organization that analyzes the pulse of the GTM organization to develop strategies and programs that optimize performance of each sales representative of the entire sales organization by activating resources, processes, tools, and development opportunities. 

  • Partner with the product and product marketing organization to determine product enablement needs
  • Design and develop product enablement content including live and virtual training courses, job aids, manager guides, assessments, certifications, role-play scenarios, and playbooks
  • Design and develop content templates to scale the creation of impactful learning experiences
  • Contribute to the content maintenance process to ensure all product content stays up to date on a regular cadence
  • Develop product subject matter expertise to coach content contributors on best practices
  • Manage an intake process to collect and prioritize content needs 
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement content by deploying regular feedback mechanisms 
  • Communicate data and key findings product & enablement leadership
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement organization to develop and manage resources and other assets as required to assist ongoing training processes
  • Analyze content engagement as a leading indicator of success in collaboration with the broader enablement team
  • Manage our product content repositories (e.g. LMS and CMS) to ensure reps can access content throughout the enablement process

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 
  • Must Have:  
    • 2 years combined experience in Sales and/or Sales Enablement
    • Exceptional relationship management skills with stakeholders
    • Experience working with enablement and other related systems and processes 
    • Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to conduct analyses, translate results to digestible communications including messages and presentations
    • Flexibility and ability to pivot to new demands with a high sense of urgency
    • Confidence when presenting in front of large groups
  • Desired Skills (but not required):  
    • Preferred experience in a SAAS GTM environment
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree
