Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Sales Executive/Development, you will be responsible in promoting products and services to the clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits and represent their brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic business development plans for targeted territories and ensure they are in line with organization’s strategic directions.
  • Develop sales strategies and review territory landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
  • Achieving growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to foster and nurture relationships, as well as to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • With At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Sales background experience from industrial products to heavy Industries such as cement or mining (Highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with using ERP and JDE sales software. (Advantageous)
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking English
  • Able to assess market analysis and proactively create sales strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated, aggressive, and focused individual.
  • Strong negotiation and business solving skills.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and customers; remain poised, professional and diplomatic under pressure.
  • Must provide enthusiasm and creativity in problem solving.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Emp type: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 AM Philippine time
