Your missions

MedCore Solutions, a division of Bizforce and a leading provider of healthcare revenue cycle management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RCM Manager to join our team. As the RCM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the revenue cycle process for our clients in the US healthcare industry. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to optimize revenue cycle performance and drive financial success for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle management process, including patient registration, charge capture, coding, claims submission, denial management, and collections.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance, improve cash flow, and reduce denials and write-offs.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies to ensure compliance and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including billing operations, coding, compliance, and finance, to drive process improvements and resolve complex billing issues.
  • Analyze revenue cycle data and key performance indicators to identify trends, root causes of revenue leakage, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on revenue cycle performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of revenue cycle professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Long-term; full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week; Weekend days off

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, charge capture, coding, billing, and collections.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
  • Experience with revenue cycle management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, payers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Certification in Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) is a plus.
  • Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (US time hours)
