Responsibilities:

To help us meet our mission LOTTE BIOLOGICS is in need of a Microsoft 365 System Administrator who will oversee the operation and upkeep of the M365 environment, encompassing OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and others. In addition, this role will assist in the configuration management, access control, security, troubleshooting, and user education, ensuring computerized system’s operate without negative impact to the business. This role will focus on App integrations and adherence to security best practices and provide and escalation path for the IT Support Analysts. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of managing a tenant, executing data migrations, and introducing new capabilities for the organization. Collaboration is essential, as the position involves close interaction with our IT Support, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security teams. Additionally, regular engagement with business users across the  organization is anticipated.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Office 365 Leadership: Lead the charge in administering and supporting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams fostering a collaborative and accessible digital workspace for end-users.
  • Intune Mastery: Master the art of managing and configuring Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, compliance policies, and application deployment, crafting a secure and efficient device management realm.
  • Manage Windows updates, assist with Exchange Management console.
  • Oversee Windows 10/11 deployments and upgrades using Autopilot, leaving no device behind and ensuring that they're up-to-date and secure.
  • Employing the latest security protocols.
  • Autopilot Expertise: Expertly implement, configure, and optimize Windows Autopilot to streamline device setup and management.
  • Managing and maintaining the file servers.
  • Must be well versed in PowerShell.
  • Experience in setting up SSO with third party applications.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis across a complex environment.
  • Experience creating documentation for user and technical audiences.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and details to individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide Level 3 support to users.
  • Occasional after–hours support as needed.
  • Support existing systems - proactively manage and maintain multiple systems to ensure performance and availability.
  • Work independently on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.

Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 in a multi-tenant environment with specific expertise in SharePoint and Teams/Apps
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent certifications (Azure/AWS) and/or real-world IT experience
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Experience with VMWare

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, etc:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, firm understanding of how to properly troubleshoot problems with as minimal client impact as possible.
  • Excellent project management, verbal communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrated success of leading effectively in a complex matrix project team environment.
  • Team player with an emphasis on both knowledge sharing and learning.
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Domains, Group Policies, and Organizational Units.
  • Extensive experience managing Azure Active Directory including managing users, groups, roles, applications, licenses, usage & insights, etc.
  • Experience with databases, networks, upgrading hardware and software, designing networks, laying out the infrastructure for LANs, troubleshooting user troubles.
  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment, manage multiple priorities, and at times, be self-directed.
  • Familiar with cyber security best practices and industry-standard tools.
  • Perform in depth systems analysis on a multitude of technology devices, operating systems and software.
  • Ability to document, create, analyze and test computer systems, programs, and software.
  • In-depth, advanced understanding of the AWS/Azure ecosystem and technologies and how to apply them in reliable and efficient means are a strong plus.
  • Able to program scripts to run internal functions and have sufficient Unix knowledge.
  • Experience and understanding of the Linux operation system a major plus.
  • Be highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changes as needed.

Physical Demands:

Work within all Site Facilities, which requires one to give a high attention to detail and on occasion to properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 

Work Environment: 

This position is based indoors and the employee will primarily be working with others, but also independently. This position requires onsite employee presence. This position is a team & project-based position that will require occasional shift work, weekends, and holidays.

 

Travel:

This position requires up to <5% of travel.
