About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager supporting the EMEA team to join us. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, manage the full sales cycle, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify accounts and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships
  • Partnering with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that clearly align the brand value proposition with the prospect’s interests and capabilities
  • Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms, taking full ownership of the full sales process
  • Developing new business and generating sales as an individual contributor with some of the world's most prominent and recognised brands
  • Learn and understand Student Beans offerings, to become a subject matter expert

Requirements

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

  • Experience within a Business Development Management role or similar
  • High proficiency in spoken and written French or German
  • Experience in the entire sales life-cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiation and closing
  • Experience creating sales leads and finding innovative ways of reaching new brands/partners
  • Background within growth marketing and/or affiliate marketing
  • Communication skills including presentation, verbal and written
  • Relationship building skills and the ability to maintain these
  • Exposure to a target focused environment
