As an Engineering Manager within our Application Engineering teams, you will be pivotal in leading a group of 5-8 engineers to elevate our automated resolution systems. This position is integral in ensuring our engineering efforts align seamlessly with our product visions, helping customers enhance the performance of their AI Agents and contributing to our underlying technological advancement. Your leadership will drive the development and integration of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic customer base, contributing directly to our goal of expanding our generative client portfolio.
The expected salary range for this position is $166,962 to $225,505 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
