We are seeking an Assistant who is eager to showcase their skills and grow in their role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, responsible, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Personal Assistant to our executive team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Note-taking and Organization Assisting the CEO by taking detailed notes during meetings, organizing tasks, and maintaining an efficient system for tracking important information.
  • Scheduling and Follow-up Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Meeting Support Participating in meetings with other team members to take notes and facilitate communication.
  • Research and Low-level Project Management Conducting research tasks and supporting low-level project management activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Fast Typing Ability Minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute.
  • Bilingual Fluency Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Punctuality You must be punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines.
  • Organization Skills Strong organizational abilities are essential for effective task management.
  • Open Availability You must be available during standard work hours for on-call responsibilities.

Nice to Have Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills are desirable and will be considered a plus:

  • Familiarity with Communication Tools such as Slack or similar.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as ClickUp or similar.
  • A persistent and proactive attitude, willing to follow up on deadlines and communicate with others when needed.
  • A curious mindset, comfortable asking questions and seeking answers when faced with unfamiliar situations.
