The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will shape and deliver the process safety offering within the chemicals industry team, grow our business, enhance our brand, and achieve the global goals and deliver our mission. We specialize in transforming risk, operational excellence, and sustainability into actionable results for our clients.

You will be responsible to:

• Shape and deliver our process safety solutions within the chemicals industry
• Drive a proactive business development process to target the right clients and grow/nurture the portfolio of accounts (penetrate existing ones and target new ones) with effective key account management
• Manage and enhance executive/VP level client relationships to positions our firm as a trusted process safety partner
• Provide expert technical advisory leadership to develop compelling client proposals
• Execute an integrated go-to-market strategy with the chemicals team
• Drive excellence in project delivery, project execution, and continuous improvement
• Produce thought leadership showcasing our differentiators
• Coach and mentor colleagues supporting their development and the recruitment of new skills
  
  Who are you today?

You’re most likely a professional services Manager or Senior Manager, and you have an impressive track record in new business development, developing teams, positioning offerings and delivering impact. You’re knowledgeable on process safety as a solution to improve business outcomes. You have strong relationships with numerous C/VP level clients. You exercise active listening. You are comfortable with C-suite, engaging as a peer with board members, investment teams, senior operational leaders, and portfolio company leaders. Beyond that, be yourself. Qualifications / Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business, MBA, MS preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting and process safety industry roles
• Strong growth and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to respectfully challenge current norms, improve and deliver results.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary consulting team
• Strong business acumen and established C/VP level network
• Fluency in both written and spoken English. Other languages will be a plus
• Travel is required
