How will your daily work look like?
- Organizing and running projects independently (throughout all product lifecycle) - our core is design, but we love working with digital-first businesses on high-stakes projects with demanding technical requirements.
- Being the first point of contact for our clients but also for our team (Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, Development)
- Overseeing day-to-day project execution and quality of work by having standardised weekly routine and project management tools
- Overseeing projects in terms of timeliness, budget, information flow, organization, and task execution
- Adaptation of constantly-changing, live products and projects - we are not doing things that are set in stone, but we adjust our scope of services along with the clientsβ needs
- Managing budgets and creating reports - both internally and externally to provide great transparency
What qualifications do you need to join us?
At least 2 years of project management experience - especially in UX/UI design, research, and strategy
Good Project Management background and a very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices - especially with Jira and time tracking tools
Ability to create a project environment for cross-functional teams by having product design & management mindset
Proven experience in directly managing at least 10-15 team members (design/development)
Ablity to work in one-two week sprints
- Experience in leading digital projects using agile methodologies
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2+)
- Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies
- High level of ownership and responsibility for the execution of assigned projects
- Proactive attitude, figuring things out
- Ability to manage priorities and risks
- Effective communication with our Team and Client
- Desire to learn and grow while working on challenging projects
- Experience with managing dev teams will be a plus
- Experience with working with Middle East will be a plus
