Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer (Remote in Latin America)

Who You Are: A dedicated and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a passion for clean energy solutions. You excel in both front-end and back-end development and enjoy working diligently without supervision and to drive meaningful projects to completion.

The Opportunity: Join CSW Energy as we lead the way in developing and implementing clean energy technologies. This role involves full lifecycle development of our web applications, optimizing UI/UX, and maintaining high standards in software development.

You will be the first team member on the tech team, we estimate the project will take 6-9 months to complete and then you’ll be optimizing and pushing new features forward. The ideal candidate will grow into an eventual team leader in 12+ months.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in full lifecycle development from design to support and maintenance.
• Implement best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient application development.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all developments to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• You’ll be building Solar RPF from Scratch

Must-Haves in a Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in web application development.
• Built fully functioning apps before (Be ready to share examples)
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Please share your Git profile
• C2 Level English
