Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Salary: 58,000 - 95,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: May 2024

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time

Responsibilities:


  • Designs, develops, codes, tests and debugs complex new software products or makes significant enhancements to enterprise-wide web systems.

  • Ensure code is modifiable; efficient; reliable; understandable; secure, and fault tolerant.

  • Contribute to front-end and back-end web development testing and processes.

  • Ability to design, understand, perform data integration, and manipulate database queries and web storage

  • Monitor, automate, backup and perform security checks on web systems.

  • Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

  • Use version control tools and manage code.

  • Play a leading role in code review to ensure code quality, consistency, and adhere to best practices.

  • Addresses cross-browser compatibility to ensure a consistent user experience across different web browsers.

  • Write detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and assistance tools.

  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback.

  • Willingness to learn, share knowledge, work both independently and collaborate across functional teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Bonus if you have familiarity with UI (user interface) design principles.

  • Perform other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related field

  • Proven experience with back-end programming languages and front-end web technologies

  • Experience with programming and web technologies including PHP, MongoDB, Slim framework, Twig, JS framework, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, AJAX, REST APIs, Azure Functions, MVC Framework Experience etc

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (Macola, NetSuite).

  • Experience with source control, such as GIT or related

  • Experienced using Microsoft 365 Office applications

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively present and articulate concepts

  • Strong attention to detail in both development and communication

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills; aptitude to work with others are required

  • Fluent in English

  • This is a full-time 100% remote position. Access to reliable high-speed internet is required

  • Available during Eastern time standard business hours

  • Qualified candidates may be required to take a skills test and provide a web portfolio
