Key Responsibilities
  • This ServiceNow Developer primarily working for Orion's ServiceNow customer and help customer towards building robust solution leveraging ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management suite
  • As a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer, candidate will develop and propose SPM workflows, configurations, customizations and applications in accordance to fulfil business requirements.
  • Experienced in Implementing Project Management and Resource Management capabilities of Strategic Portfolio Management module
  • Candidate will assist in the ongoing support of the ServiceNow SPM module by actively monitoring, troubleshooting, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing necessary bug fixes.
  • Harness the capabilities of ServiceNow plugins and automation tools to craft inventive solutions tailored for SPM.
  • Thoroughly review and refine user stories, comprehend requirements and take the lead in the design, development and deployment of solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for SPM and other ServiceNow modules/functionality using diverse methods, while consistently updating end-user documentation.
  • Methodically document, sustain, and revise policies, procedures and controls governing the operation of the ServiceNow SPM platform.
  • Role requires to be hands-on
  • Working knowledge of E2E Project execution phases from "Idea to Finish”, design & implementation & deployment
  • Demonstrated skills as an active listener, respecting others' point of view while contributing the required input through strong communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of ServiceNow applications configurations especially in SPM
Qualifications
Overall, 3-5 years of experience in IT
Minimum of 2 years' experience ServiceNow solutions and delivery, service management, and workflow management
Minimum of 1 year hands on experience implementing ServiceNow mid/large scale ITBM/SPM programs
Management consulting experience

Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Must have)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITBM/SPM (Must have)
  • Bachelor's degree
