*This is a remote role to residents near the Texas market**


JOB DESCRIPTION


Our San Antonio Sales team is recruiting! You'll handle the acquisition or sale of properties for our company, negotiating purchase terms and prices all from the comfort of your home. This role involves regular communication with buyers and sellers through phone calls, texts, and emails.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must either have a TX Real Estate License or currently be enrolled in RE School
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in computer use
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with the local market (preferred)

PAY STRUCTURE

Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
