We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team and guide us through crafting proposals that exceed our clients' and partners' expectations.
The Proposal Manager will lead the development of proposals across all of Coforma’s focus areas (Healthcare, Veterans Services, and Public Interest) in the commercial and government spaces. They will take responsibility for the overall development, maintenance, and execution of proposal development plans and schedules including the day-to-day focus, prioritization, and leadership of internal teams to deliver compliant and compelling winning proposals. This involves leading and coordinating the proposal, preparing high-quality, complex, compelling, and compliant volumes, and directing inputs according to solicitation requirements.
The Proposal Manager will learn our ways of working, our capabilities, and our mission in order to quickly evaluate and advise on proposal and proposal-adjacent activities as teams look to move leads into bids. Storytelling and narrative development with a collaborative approach are some of the essential skills required for this role.

$117,420 to $143,170 Annual Salary + Benefits + Growth Potential
Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:
Tier 1: $117,420 — Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilities of the role.
Tier 2: $130,810 — Experienced and fully-competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role.
Tier 3: $143,170 — Highly-experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.
To honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.
