ABOUT THE POSITION
The Creative Assistant supports the creative team in executing campaigns across multiple media, including, but not limited to, editing graphics, designing presentations, proofreading, and copywriting. This position is responsible for preparing presentations, designing print and digital assets, managing social media posts, and compiling campaign performance analytics. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability are essential. Copywriting experience is a plus.
Candidates must be available to work a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility according to business and project demands. This is a remote position, so candidates must be prepared to work in a dedicated home office space to allow for privacy and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supports the creative team in the execution of campaigns across multiple media, including, but not limited to editing graphics, designing presentations, proofreading, and copywriting.
- Coordinates and assists with designing print and digital assets as required.
- Manages social media posts.
- Prepares presentations in collaboration with members of the marketing team.
- Compiles campaign performance analytics.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ensures attention to detail and accurate communications; skilled in proofreading and editing.
- Possesses time-management and organizational skills to manage meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to shifting priorities.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of high school diploma required with at least one year of relative creative design experience.
- Proficient in design software including InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel & presentation software
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
