Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Sunday through Thursday 9am to 6pm (12 AM to 9 AM Manila TIme)
  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (based in Palmdale, California)

Job Description

As an Appointment Setting Opener, you will be the initial point of contact with prospective customers, playing a crucial role in qualifying their needs and booking in-home assessments with the company’s expert consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to a thriving industry that improves people’s homes and lives.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to leads and engage in rapport-building conversations
  • Qualify homeownership status, renovation needs, and eligibility for discounts through a structured pitch process
  • Skillfully overcome objections and pique interest in the company’s services
  • Set firm appointments for in-home assessments with qualified prospects
  • Provide a warm handoff to closers once an appointment is successfully booked
  • Accurately log all call details and outcomes in the company’s CRM system


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and keep conversations engaging
  • Resilience and professionalism in handling objections
  • Basic computer and technical skills to navigate cloud-based tools
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
